There are three types of apartments:
Type A: 560 €
Type B: 660 €
Type C: 960 €
The exact size varies depending on the type of apartment, but each apartment is modernly equipped and offers enough space for individuals. The apartments at Type A & B have bed size 90 cm, Type C has a larger bed 140cm.
All apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen, bathroom, bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, shelves.
Yes, we offer both long-term and short-term rental options, details of the rental period can be clarified at the time of booking. For a rental period of less than 3 months, the prices of the rooms change. You are welcome to send us an inquiry in this regard.
Ancillary costs such as electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.

We offer two different function rooms that can be used for private parties, meetings or other events.
The prices for the event rooms vary depending on the size and equipment. Please contact us for an individual offer.
As a rule, you will receive a response to your request within 1-2 working days.
Yes, parking is available for rent.
